Leak Eliminators, LLC. (LE) was established in 1999 in the garage of a man with a vision. The company grew steadily over the next 19 years into the multi-million-dollar enterprise we are today. At the end of 2018, Leak Eliminators was purchased by our General Manager and partners. We were pleased to experience a smooth transition of ownership and welcome a few new faces to our team, continuing to be the one stop shop for all your sanitary sewer and storm system needs.
We offer the full array of services that support wastewater collection with our focus on sanitary sewer and storm pipe rehabilitation. We specialize in major point repairs, CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe), Pipe Burst Technology (no digging) and installing storm drains, silt fencing, curb box inlets, catch basins, retention ponds, manholes, pump stations, service laterals, force mains, and sewer mains.
Utilizing our vactor fleet, we also offer specialty jet cleaning of sewer lines, storm lines and cleaning of retention ponds. We do all our own site clean-up as well as installation of concrete and asphalt as needed, including forming and pouring sidewalks, driveways, and building pads….your total one stop shop!
We are experienced in working in extreme weather conditions while offering the expertise and experience necessary to execute a wide range of sewer cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation projects.
Leak Eliminators, LLC has an equipment fleet that includes a full Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining operation, CCTV pipe inspection trucks, combo vacuum excavation/sewer cleaning trucks, dump trucks, large excavators, mini-excavators, and a variety of skid steer loaders, backhoes and box trucks.? We are fully equipped to respond to any water or wastewater project, especially emergencies.
Most importantly, we have an exceptional management team as well as highly trained and qualified individuals that continue to produce excellent quality workmanship year after year. LE employs skilled laborers, operators, drivers and technicians who cumulatively bring together decades of experience in water and wastewater projects.
As a leader in sewer rehabilitation techniques, our clients range from the Federal Government, cities & municipalities, water & sanitation districts to private property owners. With each project we provide the best quality service, no matter how large or small.

Bruce Whitaker
President
At Leak Eliminators, Bruce is a hands-on leader who oversees all operations, bids future work and tracks the daily progress of each project. With over 25 years in our industry, Bruce enjoys the challenge of solving the most interesting field issues. He takes on every project with exuberance from start to finish. His endless energy and enthusiasm for a job well done is infectious, not only to our employees, but to our customers as well.
This Kentucky Colonel is OSHA 30 certified with a current CDL License and a proud father of two talented children. With one attending Asbury College and the other a baseball star, he and his wife are thankful when they get some time together on the lake, boating, skiing and just relaxing.
Doug Mitchell
CFO
Doug is responsible for all financial aspects including job bidding, equipment sales and purchases, financial reporting, business development and administration. Prior to working at LE Doug worked in the banking and finance industry. In his spare time Doug enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Linda Mitchell
Safety & Compliance?
Linda joined the Leak Eliminators Team in April of 2019 and has quickly become instrumental to the smooth operation of the company. She has a Masters in Soil Science and over 11 years of experience working in various areas of environmental compliance.
Linda has come on board to manage the Leak safety program and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. She organizes training and actively promotes a safe work environment to allow our employees to complete their missions safely and efficiently.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with family, hiking, gardening, and all things outdoors.
Brandi Morse
HR/Coordinator
This wildcat fan joined our team in 2016.? Brandi brings 15 years of management and office experience as well as a big smile to work every day. She is our human resources representative and often a liaison between finance and operations. Brandi is included in problem solving, offering new ideas and suggestions, along with ways to implement them. Other? responsibilities range from billing and acquisitions to maintaining proper locate tickets and permitting.? In her free time, she enjoys clay shooting, boating and photography adventures.
Heather Baggett
Office Manager
Heather started part-time with Leak Eliminators in May of 2003, while finishing her master?s degree. At the time, Leak Eliminators had 6 employees and a part-time office manager was enough. As the company grew to what it is today, so has her mastery of the industry. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of accounting: payables, receivables, bank accounts, and payroll. She also helps prepare bids, sort issues that affect employees and anything else that walks through her door.
When she?s not working, she loves to spend time with her husband and three beautiful children.
Randy Oaks
Maintenance/ Inventory Superintendent
Randy Oaks joined Leak Eliminators in 2017 and quickly moved into a natural leadership role. His ?can do? attitude and positive outlook combined with over 45 years of mechanical expertise put him in a class of his own.
He oversees our maintenance shop, his staff, all fleet vehicles and equipment, as well as vendor negotiations and keeps everything organized and working smoothly.
When he?s not at work, he loves to be surrounded by family and friends.? This man is a master of the grill and a first-class fisherman. He also raises a small farm and enjoys camping to get away and rejuvenate.
Darren Whitehouse
Team Leader
Darren climbed up on his first backhoe when he was 6 years old and refused to come down. He has more than 30 years of experience in a wide array of construction projects, specializing in job layout/set-up, shooting grade, and complex dig work. Darren manages all field crew personnel and expertly coordinates materials and equipment on each job site. With his extensive knowledge in the construction industry and endless patience, Darren is a great asset in field safety and public relations. Certifications include OSHA Safety, Trench & Excavation, Confined Space Competent Person, and CPR.
When this Danville native is not at work, he enjoys being an outdoorsman. Hunting, fishing, boating, classic rock and chocolate peanut butter ice-cream are a few of his favorite things.
John Courtney
Team Leader
John Courtney started in the construction business one fateful day in July of 1998 as a laborer. Little did he know then, one day he?d be an expert and a master craftsman in the field. He worked his way up to Foreman and then on to Supervisor, gathering many certifications on the way. ?He?s enjoyed life at Leak Eliminators since 2006 and is now the Head of the CIPP Division. ?John oversees, schedules, and installs cured in place pipe liner. Among his current certifications are OSHA Safety, Trench & Excavation, Confined Space Competent Person, PACP and CPR.
This Georgetown native loves football, hobby farming and? crocheting gifts for his lovely family.

Jose Chagoya
Team Leader
Jose began his career at Leak Eliminators in 2009 with 5 previous years in excavation. He supervises the fastest crew in town and can outrun everyone in the company. Jose is distinguished in all phases of pipeline rehabilitation and replacement including grade work, manholes, dig & replace, landscaping and concrete/ asphalt installation. He holds a CDL Operator?s License and is certified in OSHA 30, Confined Space, Trench Safety and CPR/ First Aide.
Jose loves fishing, soccer and landscape beautification.
Jarrod Hunt
Project Supervisor
Jarrod joined our team in 2012 with several years in the construction industry.? He currently manages a detail oriented field crew, trains employees on equipment operation and concrete, start to finish.? Jarrod holds a CDL Operator?s License and is certified in OSHA 30, Confined Space, Trench Safety and CPR/ First Aide.
When Jarrod isn?t working, he?s being an outdoorsman, hunting, fishing and hiking with this wife and two little ones.
Michael Beckett
Team Leader
Michael came aboard in 2017, with over 20 years of valuable experience.? He manages one of our field crews, runs equipment, oversees tree trimming or removal and does lots of grade work. Michael holds a CDL License and certifications in Confined Space, Trench Safety and CPR/ First Aide.
Michael and his family like to play basketball, listen to country music and go boating & kayaking at Lake Cumberland.
